This page contains the home use consumer standard agreements for use of the IPSTAR Internet Service.

The services are, IPSTAR Satellite and NBN Satellite. We have provided Summaries of the relevant Standard Agreement first which refers to the complete Standard Agreement version.

NBN Fixed Line & Fixed Wireless Service

Sometimes referred to generically as the SFoA, these agreements contain all the terms and conditions between us and you.

 

These are the rules for using the service.

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy when you interact with us, our content products and services. This policy says how we handle your data.

 

We hope we can solve your issue. This policy tells you our process and provides you options should you are not satisfied.

 

We will ensure that any financial hardship arrangements agreed with our customer are sufficiently flexible.

 

We credit check all our customers as we are a credit provider.

 

In the event that you are contacted by us as a “cold call”. You have a 10 day cooling off period.

 

NBN Satellite Service (Interim)

Sometimes referred to generically as the SFoA. These agreements explain how to determine your SFoA and contain all the terms and conditions between us and you.

 

These are the rules for using the service.

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy when you interact with us, our content product and services. This policy says how we handle your data.

 

We hope we can solve your issue. This policy tells you our process and provides you options should you not be satisfied.

 

We will ensure that any financial hardship arrangements agreed with a our Customer are sufficiently flexible.

 

We credit check all our customers as we are a credit provider.

 

In the event that you are contacted by us as a “cold call” can have a 10 day cooling off period.

 

In the event that you decide to move to a new provider, you need to inform us and complete this form.

Survey Privacy Policy

Survey responses.

  1. Completion of surveys is entirely optional.
  1. From time to time we may seek responses to survey questions.
  1. The use of each type of survey varies depending on the purpose; however it will generally be used to gather aggregated information to help improve or tailor our services.
  1. The information you provide in such forms and surveys may be collected and stored by other service providers (e.g. Survey Gizmo) who we have chosen on the basis that they will not use such information in a way that is contrary to this policy and the IPSTAR Australia Privacy Policy.
  1. Information collected through forms and surveys is only disclosed to other third parties in an aggregated, de-identified form.

Service provided: Survey Gizmo allows us to build customised online surveys and collect and analyse responses. Survey responses are processed and stored by Survey Gizmo, which is located in America. We access this data via the Survey Gizmo website.
